MRFY privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026
MRFY helps businesses manage customers, agreements, projects and invoicing. This policy explains how OviTech Solutions handles information when providing MRFY.
Our role and your business
OviTech Solutions provides MRFY to participating businesses. Your business controls the customer and project records it enters, its user permissions and the integrations it enables. We process those records to provide the service and follow the business’s authorized instructions. We also use account and operational information to administer and protect MRFY. A contractor’s own privacy practices and agreements apply to its relationship with its customers.
Information we process
- Account information, including names, email addresses, company membership, roles and authentication records.
- Business records, including customer contact details, property addresses, communications, appointments, estimates, signed documents, project tasks, reports and billing records.
- Connected-service information, such as provider account identifiers, authorization tokens, synchronization results and the data needed for enabled features.
- Operational information, including request and error logs, access events, timestamps and audit history. Our infrastructure providers may process device, network and IP-address information to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, enforce company access permissions, maintain records, carry out configured workflows, deliver requested communications, synchronize connected services, investigate problems and prevent misuse. Browser storage supports sign-in, preferences and application state. The business is responsible for ensuring it has the authority and notices needed for information it supplies and messages it sends.
Connected services
Connections are optional and require the applicable business or user’s authorization. MRFY sends and retrieves information needed for the enabled feature:
- QuickBooks Online: company and customer identifiers, customer contact information, sales-account and item mappings, invoice lines, amounts, due dates and invoice status. Authorized billing workflows may create and email invoices through the company’s QuickBooks account. QuickBooks OAuth uses tokens rather than storing the company’s QuickBooks password.
- Google Workspace email: the authorized sender’s identity and email address, recipients, message content, attachments and delivery references. The current Gmail connection requests sending access, not general inbox-reading access.
- EagleView: authorized account access, requested property and report details, measurements and report files. Paid ordering requires separate setup and an authorized order.
- Other enabled providers: communications, intake forms, address lookup or related operational data as described in the integration’s setup screen. A listed but unconfigured provider does not receive business data merely because it appears in MRFY.
MRFY’s use and transfer of Google API information complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the disclosed user-facing functions and permitted security, support and legal purposes. It is not used for advertising or to train generalized AI models.
Who receives information
Information is available to authorized users of the relevant business, recipients selected by its workflows, connected providers and service providers that host, secure or support MRFY. Infrastructure includes Google Cloud/Firebase and Cloudflare-hosted application services. Support access is limited to providing, protecting and maintaining the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security, and in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Security and retention
MRFY uses authenticated access, company-specific authorization, encrypted connections and controlled credential storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for service delivery, the business’s recordkeeping instructions, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Disconnecting an integration stops future use through that connection; it does not automatically erase previously saved business records, audit history or copies held by the provider. Backups and records subject to retention obligations may remain after an approved deletion request.
Your choices and requests
Business administrators can manage users and integrations in MRFY. Provider authorization can also be withdrawn through the provider’s account controls. Contact your business administrator for access, correction, export or deletion of company-controlled records. You may also contact info@ovitechsolutions.com with a privacy request or concern. We verify identity and authority before handling requests and respond according to applicable law; some requests require coordination with the business that controls the record.
Location, children and updates
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. MRFY is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this page when practices change and provide additional notice when required by law.
