MRFY end-user agreement
Effective October 27, 2026
This agreement governs use of MRFY, the business operations application provided by OviTech Solutions. By using MRFY, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, if you are authorized to do so, on behalf of your business.
Authorized use
OviTech Solutions grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access MRFY for their business’s internal operations while their access is active. Your business administrator controls invitations and permissions. You must have authority to act for the business, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not use another company’s account or bypass access controls.
Business records and responsibilities
Your business retains its rights in the records it supplies. You authorize OviTech Solutions and its service providers to host, process, transmit and display those records as necessary to operate MRFY and carry out authorized instructions. Your business is responsible for the accuracy of its data, required notices and consents, authorized recipients, tax and accounting treatment, and the content and enforceability of its customer documents. MRFY provides operational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or construction advice.
Workflow automation and third-party accounts
Your business controls task templates, invoice milestones, due periods, account mappings and enabled integrations. An authorized configuration can cause MRFY to perform future actions automatically, including sending documents and creating or emailing invoices when configured checkpoints are reached. Review these settings and restrict who may change them. Monitor failures and reconcile uncertain provider results before repeating an action.
Each business uses its own authorized third-party accounts. Connecting a provider permits MRFY to perform the disclosed operations within the granted permissions. The provider’s separate terms, fees and availability apply. MRFY does not replace your QuickBooks subscription or transfer ownership of your accounting account. Disconnecting prevents further use through that connection but does not undo transactions or remove records already sent. Provider outages, expired consent and configuration changes can interrupt automation.
Acceptable use
Do not use MRFY unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, introduce malicious software, interfere with the service, extract another business’s data or attempt to defeat security controls. Do not copy or distribute the software except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement. OviTech Solutions retains its rights in MRFY and its software, branding and service design.
Privacy
The MRFY privacy policy explains how information is handled. Your business remains responsible for its own privacy notices and its instructions to MRFY. Contact your administrator or OviTech Solutions to discuss access, correction, export or deletion of records.
Fees and availability
MRFY fees, support commitments and subscription terms, if any, are set out in your separate agreement with OviTech Solutions. This page does not establish a price or authorize a charge. Third-party service charges remain your business’s responsibility when it authorizes those services. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Test environments are for authorized testing and should not be treated as the authoritative record for live business transactions.
Suspension and ending access
Your administrator may remove user access. OviTech Solutions may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or a material breach of applicable terms. You may stop using MRFY and request account closure through your administrator or OviTech Solutions. Closure, data export and retention are handled under the business’s agreement, the privacy policy and applicable law. Keep copies of records your business must retain.
Service limitations
Except for commitments in a separate written agreement and rights that cannot be excluded by law, MRFY is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every business requirement. OviTech Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data, measurement reports, delivery events or accounting results. Review consequential outputs and maintain appropriate business controls. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Changes and other agreements
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. A separately signed agreement with your business controls if it conflicts with this page. These terms do not amend a customer’s construction agreement, establish its payment obligations or replace its contractor’s warranty.
